- Our client, a municipal organization, is looking for a Customer Experience Service Agent for a 2-month contract.
Salary: $25.87
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on-site
Work location: Montreal
Responsibilities:
Greet customers or visitors, respond to inquiries and, if necessary, inform the appropriate person of a visitor's arrival;
Collect any complaints made about the Company and refer them to the appropriate manager;
Forward calls to the appropriate people and take messages, if necessary;
Ensure that general information documents are kept up to date to help reception staff in their daily tasks;
Perform tasks related to receiving, sorting, distributing, preparing, and sending mail;
Receive rent payments at the front desk (handle cash, receive Interac transfers to provide customer service)
Perform any related and similar tasks as requested by your supervisor
