- Job Summary:
- Our client, a distributor of recreational vehicles and accessories, is seeking a parts clerk for their service center located in Chateauguay.
Work location: Châteauguay, on-site
Salary between $17 and $25 depending on experience
Full group insurance after 3 months
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (rotating Saturdays and evenings: Thursday and Friday)
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrate a constant commitment to meeting customer needs
- Be able to handle customers who are concerned or uncertain about their purchases, either in person or over the phone
- Be informed of upcoming promotions, specials, and events in the store
- Order parts as quickly as possible from authorized suppliers
- Manage returns and warranties
- Stock shelves and displays
- Manage inventory and all other related tasks (cleaning, restocking, merchandising, inventory)
