-billing experience -Excellent oral and written communication skills across Canada and abroad; -Relevant experience in a customer service position; computer skills: in-house ERP system, NAV, SAP, EXCEL (good level) and Outlook; -knowledge of logistics (import-export) assets -Organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
Job Summary:
Our client, a Canadian supplier of industrial products, is looking for a candidate for a permanent customer service position with the possibility of advancement in the billing department.

Workplace : Saint-Laurent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 1hr lunch break-100% on site

Salary 50k to be discussed and year-end bonus according to company figures

Responsibilities :

Advise and respond to customer requests by phone, email etc.
Process and follow up orders and returns.
Plan deliveries
Prepare and check shipping and receiving documents.
Follow up on deliveries.
Provide courteous and professional service to ensure customer satisfaction
Resolve problems related to orders and deliveries in coordination with various departments.
Interact with suppliers and representatives to ensure optimal customer service.
Process invoices (registration, follow-up, etc.)
Perform other related administrative tasks.
