Have a class 3 driver’s license (mandatory) Have a clean driving record Working in a light manufacturing or construction environment (asset) Mechanical knowledge or ability Strong attention to detail, initiative, critical thinking and leadership skills Ability to communicate effectively with clients professionally regarding products and business operations Ability to effectively manage priorities to effectively serve clients Punctual, reliable and willing to work overtime as required. Ability to lift loads between 40 and 50 pounds.
Job Summary:
Our customer, an important leader in the tire field, is looking for a technician on the road, driver-delivery/class 3. Your main functions will be:

Offer a service to repair or install new tires for forklifts throughout Quebec.
Provide useful feedback and observations for service and operational improvement.
Read job specifications to determine machine settings and material requirements.
Pick up and load tires into service truck.
Drive the service truck to perform the work.
Disassemble and assemble tires as per customer order.
Return of used tires to the service centre and unloading of the truck.
Detect parts defects or machine defects
Perform minor machine maintenance such as oiling, cleaning or replacing spare parts
Performs preventative maintenance and ensures cleanliness of all equipment including maintenance vehicles.
Ensure tools and maintenance equipment are kept clean and operational at all times.
Support shop team by completing orders and unloading shipments as agreed
Follow company procedures and supervisor instructions
