Have a college diploma in an appropriate discipline; Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar position. Any experience in the municipal field is an asset; Proficiency in MS Office tools; Good oral and written knowledge of English and French[1]; Great ability to adapt to different clienteles and a keen interest in customer service; Excellent interpersonal skills; Discretion and confidentiality; Good tolerance to stress; Good organization and priority management. Job Summary:
Our client, a major property management paramunicipal company, is looking for a customer service clerk who will have the primary objective of processing general information requests as well as housing rental requests. Your main functions will be:

Greet guests or visitors, respond to enquiries and, if applicable, notify any person requested of a visitor’s arrival;
Route calls to appropriate individuals and take messages, if applicable;
Ensure that general briefing materials are updated to equip front desk staff in their daily tasks;
Receive and process all requests for information related to housing rentals and lease management, including information related to rent increases and requests for service and repair of housing and redirecting clients to other agencies as required, all in order to maximize the number of calls processed, Limit the number of stakeholders and increase the speed and effectiveness of client service;
Receive rent payments made at the reception;
Identify, verify and compile various statistical data specific to their sector;
Update information on corporate internal and external digital platforms;
Physical preparation of client hospitality activities;
Collect any complaints against the Corporation and refer to the responsible official;
Perform any related and similar tasks as directed by their manager.
