-DEC in an office-oriented discipline (office automation-accounting, etc.) -1 to 2 years experience in a similar position -Good knowledge of office automation and usual software (Excel, Outlook, Word) -Excellent knowledge of spoken French -Ability to write correspondence, reports, recommendations, etc. in flawless French -Good knowledge of spoken and written English -Proficiency in simple mathematics -Have an interest in working with the elderly. Easy-going, empathetic, and patient person. Goal-oriented and able to accomplish a good volume of work -Organized, calm, team player with integrity and discretion, patient, with excellent customer service while ensuring compliance -Experience in sales and marketing (an asset) Examples of generally recognized equivalencies: -DEC in administrative techniques, marketing communications or human sciences and 2 years of relevant experience -DEC in social assistance, social work or special education and 2 years of relevant experience -AEC in real estate management and 3 years of relevant experience -DES or DEP in a discipline related to office work (e.g.: office automation, accounting, etc.) and 4 years of relevant experience
Job Summary:
One of our clients, a large municipal organization, is looking for a Customer Relations Officer for a seniors' residence. Under the supervision of the Residence Director, the incumbent's main role is to be responsible for the rental of units with services dedicated to a clientele of autonomous seniors or with a slight loss of autonomy. The incumbent provides administrative support for accounting in order to optimize the operations of the residence. He/she will also manage the customer relationship with the tenants.
