Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a dynamic and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join the team of one of our clients located in the Saint-Laurent

Main Responsibilities:

*Respond promptly to customer emails and chats

*Resolve issues and offer alternative solutions

*Diligently follow up on all customer cases

*Provide clear information on products, promotions, and return/exchange policies

After you complete your 2 weeks training we offer :
