Job Summary:
One of our clients is looking for a Credit Analyst. Under the supervision of the CFO, you will provide credit control support. You will also perform daily administrative tasks to support finance, sales, supply chain and management.

Your detailed duties will include:
-Evaluate customer credit hold status and make decisions to place or release the hold;
-Perform customer credit reviews to determine recommended credit level;
-Work with support departments and field offices to resolve and collect payments of disputed charges;
-Review collection reports to verify collection status and remaining balance;
-Work with treasury applications and sales to resolve customer deductions;
-Provide administrative support to the CFO as requested.
-Review travel expense reports to ensure accuracy and proper disclosure and classification of expenses;
-Prepare and post various journal entries;
-Coordinate the setup of new vendors to support the Shared Services Department (enter vendor invoices, match to checks, and maintain vendor and customer records);
-Foster relationships with sales, supply chain, finance, marketing, and global services staff, including
